SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Items will be shipped out within 3 business days after they are ordered. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx (takes 2-3 days for shipping) based on the size, weight and distance. If there is any reason we may require more time, we will contact you directly.We ship out our orders 5 days a week, and even on Saturdays when possible. If you require a product to be expedited, please send us a note so we can discuss prior to your order. If you are ordering for an event, we recommend they arrive 7-10 days prior to an event, but we can ship them sooner or schedule them to arrive on a predetermined date if you let us know in the “Note to Seller” during Checkout.

Note: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered matches your PayPal accounts. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please be aware of climate conditions in your area at the time you order. We are not responsible for freeze damage. We do offer a heat pack to assist the plants comfort and safety during the journey if the temps are between 30-40 degrees. The hot packs stay warm for up to 72 hours. If your temps are cooler, we can also ship priority 2 day with a hot pack for optimal results! Be sure to email us and let us know if you need expedited shipping per the weather! We take great care in the packaging of your plants, but unfortunately the same cannot always be said in how they are handled once they leave us. Sometimes soil will get loose from their containers/pots. If this happens, just lightly brush off the plant and place the soil packing it around the roots.

We cannot offer a refund for arrangements (or shipping) that are returned due to the buyer providing an incorrect address or if she/he is not there to receive the package and the package is returned to us. While the plants will do fine shipped in one direction, they will almost always not survive being shipped to the destination and back.

If there are any issues with the plants and/or containers, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement with photos showing the damage or issue in order to be considered for any type of refund.

We have no control over your shipment once it has left our hands and we cannot be held responsible for lost packages in transit plants. It is up to the buyer to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier for lost packages.

We do not offer refunds for shipping.

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS and send us a picture so we can quickly assess. We will do our very best to make the situation right. We value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase!

INSTRUCTIONS: RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE

Please open your box immediately upon arrival (& do be mindful of the weather). Extreme cold and extreme heat can damage plants.

DESPITE OUR BEST PACKING EFFORTS, SOIL MAY SHIFT DURING THE JOURNEY TO THEIR NEW HOME. When you receive your succulents they may need a gentle blow, brush, rinse to clean the leaves & remove soil that may have shifted. Please handle them with care, give them a drink of water, & a few days to adjust to sunlight after being in the box.
CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are always available, from a single arrangements to hundreds of small plants! Please note that we cannot take requests for specific species and/or colors.

SPECIAL EVENTS - ORDERS & SHIPPING

If you’re ordering for a wedding, baby shower, or other special event, please order these so they arrive 7-10 days before the date of the event. If possible, it is best to place orders for events 3-4 weeks. We can accommodate last minute orders however stock selection may be affected and expedited shipping may be necessary. We encourage our clients to order & reserve your plants further in advance – this allows us to add you to our events calendar. If registered on our events calendar, you may receive:

  • Lower shipping costs.
  • More established plants (our kits are NOT DIY unless you specify otherwise).
  • More decorating selections (we do custom orders).
  • Customized packaging & handwritten cards.
